In cases of serious violations, including but not limited to fraudulent activities, threats, harassment, or illegal use of the Website, we may report your actions to the appropriate law enforcement authorities. You hereby submit to and agree to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the state courts of Utah in Salt Lake County, Utah and the United States District Court in Utah. You hereby waive any right to trial by jury. Any access to the Website in locations where the content of the Website is not permitted or otherwise illegal is not allowed, and those accessing the website in any such locations is the sole responsibility of those accessing the Website in those locations, including by not limited to compliance with local regulations.
